The First Visit

You will meet with one of our most trusted Vikings, be given an opportunity to discuss your wishes/ needs, and discuss things like budgets and estimated timelines. After we've measured the space and went over all your ideas we will get straight to working up an estimate to send over to you. "Where do I begin?"

Feeling lost about where to look for products or ideas. We will be there to help! We have a few trusted designers to get you in touch with, as well as numerous product options to help, not only fit your budget, but give you variety as well. Viking Brothers is extremely dedicated to delivering a high quality experience with our high quality craftsmanship.

Pre-Construction

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision. This is where our relationship with the customer really begins. We wont try to hide things, get one over on you, or betray your trust. We keep you involved and informed at every step of the process, including this one.

Construction

Working with our talented employees and our trusted subcontractors, we keep everyone accountable throughout your project. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.  We instill our absolute trust in every single person who is placed on your job. We take photos of the progress just as much as the after. It's very important for us to make sure you know we have faith in our work every step of the way, we're proud of our in between process. We want you to feel comfortable in asking us about any of the work during the process, we'd love to explain it to you. Knowing about the middle process, not only makes a homeowner confident in the end result, but also in their decision of choosing for the project.

Post Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough together to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Finally, We leave you with a 5 year workmanship warranty. We're proud of our work and stand by our quality promise.
